JGM just learned of another soldier gone: the Reverend Eddie Hunter, singer with the Alabama Spirituals of Alexander City, Alabama. He succumbed to COVID-19 on Sunday, April 5, 2020. Born March 13, 1952, Rev. Hunter served as Pastor of Miracle Missionary Baptist Church in Alexander City, Alabama. He was also the president of the Northeast District State Convention of the Alabama State Missionary Baptist Convention. He had just celebrated his 68th birthday.
