Last night, TBGB and Robert Sacre’, gospel historian and professor from Belgium, visited with the Wardlaw Brothers, a family quartet from Georgia, as they made their way through Chicago and Milwaukee en route to St. Louis and Indianapolis.
The group is currently on the road promoting their latest single, “Right Now Lord,” from their new album, God’s Been There. While in Chicago, they sang for a Rainbow PUSH Coalition gathering, where Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. was keynote speaker, and at Pastor Dan Willis’ Lighthouse Church for All Nations in Alsip, as well as for several local gospel radio stations, including Inspiration 1390.
Special thanks to Benita Bellamy of The Bellamy Group for coordinating the fellowship.
