The song’s soft melody sung sweetly feels like a reassuring lullaby, while the shoulder-shaking rhythm provides the motivation to keep on going. “Joy in the morning” evokes a dawn breeze preceding the rising of the sun—an image that fits hand-in-glove with the message.
