This is so sad, my deepest and warmest condolences to his wife and family..I think he was the last of the origninal Gospelairs except for a few back up and band members…Well he and my dad, the Late Paul Arnold are with their creator may they rest in peace…we will keep their legacy reigning!!! I was blessed to be able to attend the homegoing services for Rev. Charles Mc Clean. Some of the goispel greats in attendance were Paul Beasley and Jeffery Newberry of the Gospel Keynotes, Rev.Thomas Spann of the Brooklyn Allstars, Barbara White from the Kansas City Melodyaires, Rickey McKinney of the Alabama Blind Boys, Sheryl Little from the East St.Louis Gospeletts along with the Swan Silvertones. R.I.P. Charles
