Lovely Berklee College of Music grad and Boston-born singer-songwriter Erin Daneele made her television debut in 2009 as a semifinalist on Gospel Music Channel’s reality singing competition, Gospel Dream. She also recently appeared on American Idol Season 10 and received the fabled “golden ticket” to Hollywood
Her current single, “Greater Than This,” is a souped-up urban inspirational song about how the permanence of Jesus in one’s life can overcome any failure and trial. Tossing in an old-school riff straight outta Toto, Daneele’s single is an example of how the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Daneele’s debut album is still in the works but “Greater Than This” is available now from the Apple Record Shop, aka iTunes.
