Isaac Carree
From the Door 6 Entertainment album Reset
2014 Stellar Artist of the Year nominee Isaac Carree delivers a bouncy, melismatic reminder of how bad things could were it not for God’s assistance.

With rhythmic lyrics that sound cribbed from a the high point of a sermon, “But God” offers a litany of specific situations to prove its point.  “You were about to lose everything / When the doctor said any day / And the devil tried to tempt your fate…but God.”  The chorus offers an ideal call-and-response moment for Carree and his audience.
