From D.A. Johnson of Malaco Records:
While The Caravans were in Los Angeles last week, they had the opportunity to sit down with award winning journalist Mr. Tony Cox at the NPR studios which aired nationally on their stations, Tuesday, October 3, 2006.

I was there when the Caravans came to Mt. Moriah M. Baptist Church of Los Angeles, where Rev. Melvin Von Wade is the Pastor. They took me back to my childhood days when my aunt Cassietta George was with the Caravans and we would have to give up our bedrooms so they could rest, and we would listen to them rehearse for there next performance in town. They brought tears to my eyes when they sang that night, I could see my aunt Cassietta clear as day as they sung true gospel music. The Caravans never missed a beat, voices strong, and dressed elegant as they have always been known for. It was a joy to spend quality time with them once again, we enjoyed reminiscing old times.
