“Be Alright”
Mr. Sipp feat. Williams Brothers, Paul Porter, and LaTeriance “Tee” Burns
Malaco Music Group (2025)
By Robert M. Marovich
Castro Coleman, aka the award-winning Mississippi bluesman Mr. Sipp, gathers together several quartet legends and a new generation singer, Tee Burns, to offer a simple and soulful song of encouragement because trouble don’t last always.
The song is essentially one extended rhythmic vamp that allows each vocalist to share his words of reassurance and hope. “Be Alright” is consistent and constant, like faith itself.
