Attention gospel music fans who are runners (or runners-in-training):

Getting ready for a marathon?  A half-marathon?  A 10K?  Running for a charity, racing to win, or to improve your health and fitness?

TBGB (a veteran marathoner) has beta-tested this music mix and finds it an ideal companion for your training runs, especially the LSD (long slow days) when you tally miles for two or more hours at a time.

So fill up your iPod or mp3 device, lace up your kicks, and hit the road.  TBGB has provided you with suggestions for the first two hours of music to keep you going.  Readers: ideas for another two hours’ worth?  Post your comments below.

Love this! And I’m nowhere near a marathoner–or runner of any kind!
