“Expect You Now”
Bryan Wilson
From the forthcoming CD And It’s Over (Fall 2012)
It’s been nearly two decades since singer-songwriter Bryan Wilson of Danville, Illinois made his breakthrough performance at age 10, singing “His Eye is on the Sparrow” with the Mississippi Children’s Choir.  Since then, his voice has deepened (though he can still hit the high notes), he earned Dove and Stellar Award nominations, and he continues to press his way forward in the gospel music industry.
“Expect You Now” is the debut single from Wilson’s forthcoming album And It’s Over.  It’s an acoustic CCM-style ballad that calls gently on the Lord’s presence “as written in the Word.”  By the end, Wilson and his background vocalists shift from gentle supplication to firm conviction, as they repeat: “Can’t go one day without you, Lord.”
