“Turn It Around”
Tim Rogers & the Fellas, feat. John P. Kee
From the Blackberry Records CD Real
While Blytheville, Arkansas’s Tim Rogers & the Fellas are considered “the next generation of quartets,” they appreciate the deep southern traditional quartet sound.  In the past, they have featured members of the Williams Brothers and Canton Spiritual member Harvey Watkins Jr. on their albums.
This year, the estimable John P. Kee joins them on “Turn It Around.”  The funky single is a mid-tempo mover about Jesus changing one’s circumstances.  “It can’t be like this forever,” the group shouts.  Do you need a blessing?  “It’s coming to your address.”  Amen.
