“Use Me”
David Spencer

The “musical melting pot” David Spencer encountered while studying music at North Carolina Central University is evident on “Use Me.”
His song about wholehearted discipleship—“You’re the potter, I’m the clay” / “Whatever you say, I’ll obey”—has a indie pop sensibility, complete with friendly acoustic guitars and a patina of easy-going electronica.  Pleasant.
Born in Lumberton, North Carolina, Spencer formed David Spencer & Dynamic Productions in 2003.  Focused is his solo debut, though he gets assistance on “Use Me” from Tiffany Spencer.
