“Arise”
Eloho

From the CD Arise (2014)
From Nigeria and now living in Scotland, Eloho Jocelyn Efemuai, known simply as Eloho, is a singer, worship pastor, and presently part of the worship team at The Junction Church in Aberdeen.

She adds “recording artist” to her list of achievements with her ten-song debut CD, of which “Arise” is the title track.

Fronting a gracefully pulsating Celt-pop backdrop of musicians and BGVs with an alto that evinces Nigerian and Scottish influences, Eloho delivers this simple offering of rhythm and praise.  “Arise and take your place / King of Kings, O glorious one / By your blood, you conquered death / You have won it all for me.”  Flowing and pleasant.
