Kirk Franklin’s composition “Take Me to the King” took singer Tamela Mann to the podium to receive the Artist of the Year accolade during yesterday evening’s Stellar Awards show in Nashville, Tennessee.
Best Artist of the Year was just one of several Stellars that Mann, whose “Take Me to the King” was a smash hit in 2013, carried home this weekend.
