On the melodic walking-tempo “Yes,” written by Darrell Luster, Titus “Lil’ Blair” Stallworth leads the high-harmony Fantastic Heirs while pleading with the Lord to bestow discipleship upon him. That could mean preach, pray, “teach someone about the promises of God,” or “feed the little children…Try me, Lord, I’ll say yes.”

No matter the Lord’s answer, Lil’ Blair shouts his appeal so hard he nearly goes voiceless.

Lil’ Blair and the Fantastic Heirs of Detroit were formerly known as Lil’ Blair and the Fantastic Violinaires until other members of the original Violinaires wanted to continue singing under that appellation. To avoid confusion, the Stallworth group changed their name to the Fantastic Heirs.
