Jonathan Butler feat. Keb’ Mo’
From the Artistry Music / Mack Avenue Music Group album Ubuntu

“I am me because of you. You are you because of me. We are not separate. We are connected.” This theme embodies South African musician Jonathan Butler’s new album Ubuntu, and finds its resolution in the extraordinary “When Love Comes In.”
Featuring a duet with blues singer Keb’ Mo’, the song draws on the nonviolent philosophy of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela, and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. It is a modern-day civil rights anthem with the fervor of “What’s Going On” and “A Change is Gonna Come,” teaching that the only way to fight hate is with love. One of Jonathan Butler’s finest recordings in a long and productive career.
