(DETROIT, MI) December 6, 2022 — Long time show host and producer for the Word Network, Bishop Greg Davis has officially departed from working with the famous television network. Davis leaves on “good standing” as he embarks deeper into his relationship work, “When the Right One Comes”.

To The Word Network owner Kevin Adell, Davis says, “Thank you for the exposure you’ve given me over the last 16 years. Through the Word Network, you’ve introduced me to the world in over 200 countries and 80 million homes and I am forever grateful.” To his fans he says, “Thank you to all of my fans that have supported me through the years. Without your support I don’t know where I’d be today…”

Davis has been a pillar on the Word Network with hosting and/or producing an array of shows, including Rejoice in the Word, Greg Davis Live, Let the Healing Begin, Young Preacher’s Movement, Men’s Night at the Barbershop relationship talk, Ladies Night at the Salon relationship talk, and others. He’s also provided coverage at numerous Church of God in Christ and Full Gospel conferences across the country.

Davis also sends a message to his supporters, saying, “This isn’t a goodbye, but rather a ‘see you later’ as I continue to follow God’s voice and direction into the next chapter of my life, where I will continue to help singles be prepared for ‘When the Right One Comes’ on my social media platforms and Clubhouse discussions. Pre-orders are currently available for my newest book, The Compatibility Factor, on my website and I will be releasing more music with Bishop Neal Roberson, Bishop Paul S. Morton, and more soon to come!”

Prior to working at The Word Network, Davis got his start working at TCT Network with Celebrate Live with Bishop Greg Davis and later helped start the Impact Network with the Greg Davis Show. He has appeared on TBN and Daystar telethons. A media maven, he has also been revered for his time on radio with shows on WMKM 1440AM in Detroit, MI, Rejoice Musical Soul Food Radio Network, and countless other stations.
