“Be Alright”
Cinque Cullar
From the Judah Productions album Reflections (album release date: March 26, 2025)

By Robert M. Marovich

Cinque Cullar drops a funky bounce and Prince-like guitar squeals into the congregational classic that goes, “I’ve got a feeling everything’s going to be alright.”

As to what constitutes “everything,” Cullar and his crew, presumably the International Peace Troupe, get more specific by the vamp, citing deliverance and peace of mind as just two examples of what’s coming if you just believe.

Cullar shares songwriting credits with Chicago gospel music legend Bishop Larry Roberts Sr. Daniel Weatherspoon and Lajuanese Robertson are the producers. Old school meets new school.
